Use：
The valve is mainly used in power station boilers, pressure vessels, temperature and pressure reduction device to prevent the pressure exceeds the allowable maximum pressure value, to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Structure outlined：
1、Impulse when the medium pressure rises to the setting pressure relief valve to open, the medium from the pulse tube into the piston chamber of the main valve, push the piston decline, the valve automatically opens when the the Impulse valve is closed, the valve automatically shut down.
2、Sealing surface chrome-nickel stainless steel with cobalt-based surfacing from the valve after the heat treatment to improve the wear resistance and erosion resistance.

Installation Instructions：
1、The valve must be mounted vertically in the highest position of the device.
2、The main safety valve fastening on the stand, stand exposed to anti main exhaust valve seat force.
3、Exhaust pipe should have the the specialized hanger, the weight of the exhaust pipe shall be added to the main safety valve on the connection between the main valve and the exhaust pipe flange should eliminate any additional prestressing.
4、The lowest point of the exhaust pipe should be considered hydrophobic, in order to avoid the exhaust steam to produce water hammer.
